PhysioPM exists for people who feel stuck — people dealing with pain that has dragged on, injuries that have not followed the usual script, or repeated setbacks trying to get back to work, running, sport, or everyday life.
I am interested in the problems that sit in the grey zone. The person whose pain has lasted longer than expected. The athlete whose injury keeps flaring up. The worker who is technically back, but not really coping. The person who has tried treatment before and still feels unclear on the problem.
That is where I do my best work.

My background and interests shape the way I work. I have spent years in gyms, around strength training, playing rugby, and providing on- and off-field care in AFL environments. That gives me a genuine understanding of loading, training identity, and the frustration that comes when pain or injury starts taking those things away.
It also means I am comfortable helping people bridge the gap between treatment and real life — not just symptom relief, but work, sport, running, lifting, and everyday confidence.
